*1 If a value outside the temperature measuring range in the table is input from a thermocouple, the value is regarded as the maximum
value or minimum value of the temperature measuring range.
*2 The accuracy is applied to only the temperature range of class 1 to 3 of JIS C 1602-1995.
*3 The accuracy is not guaranteed though temperature measurement is possible.
*4 The value indicates a temperature error generated per wiring resistance 1
of a thermocouple. Check the resistance value and
calculate the temperature error of the system. If the error is beyond the allowable range of the system used, correct the measured
temperature value with the offset/gain setting.
