Relocation·Inspection
Safety Precautions For Installation
When the air conditioner is to be
removed or re-installed because of
rebuilding,moving,etc.,professional
technicians are needed.
When the air conditioner is used for
several seasons,the performance
may be lowered due to dirt inside
the unit.
De
pending on the condition,an odor
may be generated or condensate
water may not drain out smoothly
due to dirt,dust,etc.
It is re
commended that the unit
be inspected and repaired by
professional technicians in addition
to normal maintenance. Please
contact your dealer or the after-sales
service center of our company.
Do not put an object around the air
outlet of the outdoor unit. This may
lower the capacity or increase the
volume of the operating sound.
If an abnormal so
und is heard during
operation,please contact your dealer
or the after-sales service center of
our company.
Relocation
Inspection and repair
Operatin sound considerations
Repairs or relocation should not
be done by the user.
If this is done incorrectly,it may cause
fire, electric shock,or injury from the unit
falling,water leaking,etc.The refrigerant
with substance such as air mixed will
cause pressure rise and lead to crack
and etc.Therefore,please contact your
dealer or the after-sales service center
of our company.
Warning
The user should not install this unit.
If installation is done incorrectly,it may cause fire, electric
shock,or injury from the unit falling, water leaking etc.
Therefore, please contact your dealer or the after-sales
service center of our company.
When installing or relocating the unit, make sure that
no substance other than the specified refrigerant
enters the refrigerant loop.
Any presence of foreign substance such as air can cause
abnormal pressure rise and may result in crack and etc.
Install the unit securely in a place which can bear
the weight of the unit.
If the installation location cannot bear the weight of the
unit, the unit could fall causing injury.
Use the specified wires to connect the indoor and
outdoor units securely and attach the wires firmly
to the terminal block so the external stress is not
directly applied on it.
Incomplete connecting and securing could cause fire.
1.To ensure safety, please pay attention to the following
Warning
If refrigerant gas comes into contact with naked fire, toxic
gas will be generated.
When the unit is installed or relocated, don't seal in
the refrigerant other than the specified type.
If other types of refrigerant are sealed in,it may cause
problems such as unsmooth operation, error operation
and mechanical fault.Sometimes,there may be
possibility of major safety problems.
When the refrigerant is being reclaimed, shut down
the compressor before the connecting pipe is
removed.
If the refrigerant pipes are disconnected while the
compressor is running and the stop valve is open, air
could be drawn in and the pressure in the refrigeration
cycle could become abnormally high. This could cause
the pipes to burst or injury.
If the compressor is started before the refrigerant pipes
are connected and when the stop valve is open, air could
be drawn in and the pressure in the refrigeration cycle
could become abnormally high. This could cause the
pipes to burst or injury.
If the capacity of the power circuit is insufficient or there
is incomplete electrical work,it could result in fire or
electric shock.
Incomplete installation could cause fire or electric
shock, injury due to the unit falling,or leakage of water.
Perform the installation accurately referring to the
installation manual.
When installing the unit, securely connect the
refrigerant pipes before starting the compressor.
If the refrigerant gas leaks during the installation,
please replace the gas.
Electrical work should be performed according to the
installation manual.Be sure to use an exclusive circuit.
