US voltage drop flag (18V or lower) (RX28)

Turned on if the module/sensor power supply (US) voltage is 18V or less.

UA voltage drop flag (18V or lower) (RX29)

Turned on if the actuator power supply (UA) voltage is 18V or less.

UA voltage drop flag (11V or lower) (RX2A)

Turned on if the actuator power supply (UA) voltage is 11V or less. (The UA voltage drop flag (18V or lower) (RX29) also turns
on.)

Channel n communication start flag (RX30 to RX37)

This signal turns on when the communication with the IO-Link device connected to each channel starts, and turns off when
the communication terminates. (n = 1 to 8)
This signal is available only in the IO-Link mode.

Channel n event flag (RX38 to RX3F)

This signal turns on if an event occurs on the IO-Link device connected to each channel. (n = 1 to 8)
This signal turns off when all the events that have occurred are read via transient transmission.
This signal is available only in the IO-Link mode.

Channel n data valid flag (RX40 to RX47)

This signal turns on if the process data of the IO-Link device connected to each channel is valid. (n = 1 to 8)
This signal does not turn on if the IO-Link device is not communicated with.
This signal is available only in the IO-Link mode.
