Prerequisites
Your desk phone must be provisioned to your account, or to your organization as a free
seating phone.
Navigating the phone
The desk phone consists of handset, screen, navigation/select key, numpad, option keys
and Soft keys (S-keys).
S-keys can be configured with additional functions.
