Switch off the electric plug and turn off the water
supply. Press button for put off pressure into the
water circuit.

Switch on the electric plug of the water cooler.

Replace it by the new filter as indicated on step
7, 8 et 9, page 23.
CAUTION
Do not flush out the filter throught the
taps because it will damage the solenoid valves.

Filter replacement
Condenser cleaning
The condenser is radiator, located front of the ventilator.
Using a Bellows or a vacuum cleaner, Dust the condenser fins
It is necessary to proceed to the cleaning of the condenser, at least 4 times a year.
Make sure that water cooler is disconnected. Never pour sodium chloride
(salt) or its derivatives (bleach) in the tank containing stainless steel coils.
To ensure the longevity of the equipment and its proper functio-
ning, Mistral recommands two maintenance per year, made by a
qualified technician.
Water circuits sanitization
Turn off the water supply and press on the buttons to empty water in the circuit.
Disconnect the filter. Put a sanipure dose (or equivalent) inside the Filtropure inline jigger.
Connect the inline jigger in place of the filter.
Switch on the cooler. Open the water supply and circulate the water inside the circuits.
Make the water circulate and let act 5 minutes. Proceed to a draining in order to eliminate the
solution. Use the test strips for being sure that the water is clear.
