Compressor does not start
No current Check the voltage
The thermostat in the off position, or set to minimum set the thermos-
tat position
Adjust the position of the thermostat

The compressor is defective Contact a refrigeration technician
The compressor works continuously, but the water is not cold
The ice bank is empty Check, fill
There is no ice in the ice bank Waiting for ice forming
There is a gas leak from refrigerant circuit Contact a refrigeration technician
The compressor is defective Contact a refrigeration technician
The water is cold but the appliance is working excessively
There is not enough ventilation Move device away from wall
The ambient temperature exceeds 32°C
The watercooler is noisy
Pipes touch the body and cause vibrations Adjust the position of the pipes
The pressure of water is too low and pump makes noise Increase the water pressure
