NOTE : Although the XPower
inverter incorporates over-voltage
protection, it can still be damaged if
input voltage exceeds 16 volts.

The XPower inverter will operate most AC loads within its power
rating. However, some appliances and equipment may be difficult
to operate, and other appliances may actually be damaged if you

High Surge Loads
Some induction motors used in freezers, pumps, and other motor-
operated equipment require high surge currents to start. The
inverter may not be able to start some of these motors even
though their rated current draw is within the inverter’s limits. The
inverter will normally start single-phase induction motors rated at
3/4 horsepower or less.
