OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

SKEM 205

TO CONVERT WEIGHT UNIT

If  the  scale  is  with  both  unit  systems,  Metric  (g,  ml)  and  Imperial  (lb:oz,  fl’oz),  press 

«

MODE

»

 button to choose a working mode (weight, milk volume, water volume), then press 

unit conversion button to convert between the two systems.

(At the bottom of the scales, you can find the unit conversion button).
 

*When setting g as weight unit, the default volume unit is g. When setting lb:oz as weight 

unit, the default volume unit is lb:oz.

TO START WEIGHING

WEIGHING MODE

1.  Place the scales on a solid and flat surface.
2.  Place  bowl  (if  used)  on  the  scales  before  turning  
them on.
3.  Gently press the scales with a hand to turn them on.
4.  Wait until LCD turns on.
5.  Load  products  to  start  weighing,  LCD  will  show  the 
weight.
6.  If the weighing object is water or milk, press

button to choose volume mode and view the volume.
