Installing the Elevator Restriction Unit

Mechanical Installation
The Elevator Restriction Unit (ERU) contains the elevator access equipment.
Mount the ERU in the building’s elevator room.

To mount the Elevator Restriction Unit

Using the back cover as a template mark the top two mounting hole
locations 6 3/16” (157 mm) apart as shown in Figure 8.
