TIE LOADS TO THE END TUBING SECTIONS ONLY! DO NOT LOAD, TIE OR HANG OBJECTS ON THE SIDE
TUBING SECTIONS. THE SIDE TUBING SECTIONS ARE DESIGNED FOR STRUCTURAL STABILITY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED
FOR BEARING WEIGHT. SIDE TUBING SECTIONS MAY BEND OR BREAK IF USED IMPROPERLY.
1. When loading the rack, try to distribute the weight evenly between the front and rear end tubing sections.
DO NOT EXCEED 300 LBS.
2. Position narrow loads toward the sides of the rack. Loading and unloading will be much easier when loads are
carried toward the sides of the rack.
Never center load the rack with heavy articles
.
NOTE:
MIRAGE
CAM BUCKLE TIEDOWN STRAPS are recommended for properly securing loads.
3. Standing beside the truck, loop the end of the tie down strap without the buckle over the top of the cargo.
4. Wrap the strap under the end tubing section, then back up over the top of the cargo.
5. Now loop the strap under the end tubing section closest to you and thread it up through the cam buckle.
6. Tighten the strap to secure your cargo in place.
CAUTION:
Position your tie down straps so they do not depress any push pins and cause a tube to release from its locked position.
Always tie the ends of long loads to the truck bumpers to prevent sway or twisting action caused
by strong head winds.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The MIRAGE TRUCK RACK is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use and service for a period
of 1 year from the date of purchase. The obligation of this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part of the MIRAGE TRUCK RACK
which fails or is defective in material and/or workmanship. Sales receipt or evidence of purchase date is required.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
: Accessories, damage due to improper installation or assembly, damage to product caused by
accident, fire, flooding or acts of God, failure of this product if it is used for other than its intended purpose, or used commercially.
This limited warranty is extended only to the original owner of the MIRAGE TRUCK RACK and is valid only with respect to consumers within
the United States of America and Canada. Under no circumstances shall JEMB RACK SYSTEMS, INC. be liable for any loss or damage,
direct, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
