IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Read before you begin
• Prior to installation, unpack the new
lavatory and inspect for damage.
Return the lavatory to its protective
carton until you are ready to install it.
• These instructions are for installing
the lavatory to wood frame construc-
tion. For other installations, supply
suitable bracing and fastening devices
of sufficient size and strength.
• The walls and floor must be square,
plumb and level.

After suitable support is installed and the supply and drain
work is complete, temporarily place the lavatory level on the
pedestal and in the final location. (A) Mark the locations of the
Lavatory Wall Anchor Points
. (B) Mark the location of the
Pedestal Floor Anchor Point
. (C) Slide the Wall Hanger Bracket
into location at the back of the lavatory and mark the pilot holes.

Wall Hanger Bracket
Remove the wall hanger bracket, lavatory and pedestal.
Drill appropriate size pilot holes, (7/32” for hard wood) in the
seven marked locations for using 1/4” lag screws (not supplied)
The lag screws are for securing the hanger and lavatory to the
wall and the pedestal to the floor.
