having opened the bleed valve under the receiver for this purpose (for 81125). Store the
compressor in a well ventilated and dry place.

14. Do not operate the compressor in a moist environment, and being in watery shoe;

also do not touch the compressor with wet arm.

15. Do not disassemble the compressor and do not try to repair it with no outside

help. Contact the certificated service centre for this purpose.

16. To prolong compressor service life, please, disconnect the compressor from sup

ply in a case if compressed air is not used a long time.

17. The compressor will be switched out automatically if overloading or overheat oc

cur. Switch out the compressor and switch on it only after it will cool down.

18. Choose  pressure  correctly,  according  to  works  executed.  If  pressure  is  chosen

lower than standard, the unit will be switched out automatically. Similar operations can
lead to breakages.

5. ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN PRIOR TO START-UP

1.  Be sure that the compressor switch is in “O” (off) position.

2.  Take out and completely unreel a wire for compressor connection.

3.  Install the compressor in an even dry place to prevent its falling during an opera

ting time.

6. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

1.  The standard air valve outlet is 1/8 “ threaded connection. If you wish to connect out

let of any other type, the adapter is required. Then it is possible to connect pneumatic hoses

of other types.

2.  The standard pneumatic hose has a rubber covering under a braid which enables the

leakproof joint. If a nonoriginal pneumatic hose is used, this can cause faulty sealing of the

system. For leak prevention it is possible to use commercially accessible sealing fluoroplastic

tape.

3.  Connect an aerograph to the compressor by means of a pneumatic hose, and power

on that the compressor has started to pump air. The gauge will show the maximum pressure,

and you can control working pressure by means of the reducer.

4.  Check of air leaks. Please, do not start to work with the pneumatic tool before pres

sure has not reached its maximum value (an automatic stop will be actuated). Then check

gauge hand position. If it is motionless, it means that pressure in system is stable. Otherwise,

it is necessary to search for leak in places of joints. Airtightness is to be restored since even

small leak can affect a compressor normal operation (it can lead to too frequent actuation of

an automatic stop and an automatic starting).

5.  Difference  between  the  maximum  pressure  and  working  pressure.  The  maximum

pressure of the compressor is the greatest value of pressure which can be created by the

compressor. When a nozzle of the connected aerograph is open, value of air flow pressure

in the nozzle is exactly equal to the created by the compressor originally. Working pressure

is a constant pressure which the compressor can support in the course of operation with an

aerograph. On the other hand, value of working pressure of the compressor depends on

diameter of an aerograph nozzle that is connected to the compressor. The more diameter of
