Event recording
By default if an event happens such as a sudden impact, high speed driving, an aggressive
turn or an accidental crash the G sensor will prompt the recorder to start recording the
event.
If you want to manually start an event recording while continuous recording is in
progress, press
MENU
.
To stop event recording and resume continuous recording, press
REC/OK
.
Camera mode
The recorder allows you to take a snapshot by the following two methods:
While the recording is in progress press
MODE
to capture a still picture from the video
clip.
Press
REC/OK
to stop recording and then press
MODE
once to switch to the Camera
mode. In Camera mode press
REC/OK
to take a 4-Megapixal photo.
Playback mode
1. Press
REC/OK
to stop recording, and then press
MODE
twice to switch to the Playback
mode.
2. Use the / button to select the desired video type: Event recording (
) or
Normal recording (
), and then press
REC/OK
to enter the playback list.
3. Use the / button to browse the playback list. Press
REC/OK
to select the desired
file.
4. Press
REC/OK
again to start playback.
5. During playback, you can:
Press
REC/OK
to pause and resume the playback.
Use the / button to change the playback speed (2x~32x).
