NOTE:
You can also copy the files from your device to your computer. First select the file you
want to copy from the right column and and select a folder on the left column to place
these files. Then click
to start the file transfer.
Before copying files, be sure to leave enough memory space on your target device.
Otherwise, a warning box will pop up showing that there is not enough space for the file
transfer. Click and the transferring action will be cancelled.
Managing Your MP3 and Picture Files
On top of MP3 and Picture Assistant screen, there are three buttons available for
you to manage the files:
Rename
changes the name of the selected file.
Delete
removes the selected file.
CAUTION: Be discrete when you delete files. Deleting files of which the function is
unknown can cause programs or features to malfunction.
Cancel
aborts the ongoing action of file transfer.
4.4 Synchronizing Contacts of Your Device and PC
Contacts is a synchronizing tool which allows you to synchronize the Microsoft
Outlook Contacts information between your computer and your device. This
saves you the time for entering the information all over again on your device or
on your computer. (For information on Contacts, see Chapter 7.)
1. Turn on your computer and your device.
2. Connect the mini-USB end of the USB cable to the bottom of your device
and the other end to a USB port on your computer.
