Maintenance
Cord Storage
The X17 CFS is supplied with a detachable cord for ease
of storage.
• Regularly inspect cord for signs of damage. If cord is
damaged replace immediately.
• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is
not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged,
left outdoors, or dropped into water, return to service
center.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as handle, close
a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or
corners.
• Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from
heated surfaces.
• Do not unplug by pulling cord. To unplug, grasp the
plug, not the cord.
• Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
• This equipment should be stored indoors and not
exposed to rain.
Review Safety Instructions & Decal Warning
For the operator’s safety:
• Review and become familar with all the Safety
Instructions described in this manual.
• Visually inspect the Warning Decal, #715061 shown
below, for damage and make sure it is legible. This
decal is located on the lower back machine wall,
directly below the base of the handle. If this decal is
damaged or worn, please replace as necessary.
