USE RS-1100 AS A REPAIR STAND
Place RS-1100 on a flat stable surface.
Pull up the Arm Stopper and insert it into the
angled hollow firmly to lock it (see Fig. 9) .
Arm Stopper
To begin set the left side crank arm
downward or a little forward, then
twist your bike about 20 degrees
counter-clockwise and lift it up.

Place the down tube onto both Down Tube
Supporters gently.
