Getting to Know Your Copier

Entering the Access Number

From the 10-key Pad, enter the
access number and press the
Access Mode key.

NOTE

To correct the access number entered, first press the Clear key, then
enter the new number.

When the initial screen reappears, you can now start the copy cycle.

When the copy cycle is completed, press the Access Mode key again.

To Stop Printing

Press the Stop Key while data is being
processed or printed out. The screen
below appears and you can choose
whether to delete the data or not.
