come out
during a
printing job. One or more of the
toner cartridges is
defective, empty, or
missing. Check the toner cartridges. The image
does not print if the cartridges are
empty.
The wrong media is
being used. Check that the media type and size set
in the driver and the control panel
matches the media loaded in the
printer.
Not all pages
print. The printer has the
wrong kind of cable,
or the printer is not
configured for the
correct cable and
port. Check your cable.
The Cancel key was
pressed. Make sure no one pressed the Cancel
key while your job was printing.
The media tray is
empty. Refill the tray.
A document is printed
with an overlay file
that was created by a
non-magicolor 2350
driver. Print the overlay file using a magicolor
2350 driver from the magicolor 2350
Software Utilities CD-ROM.
Only one
copy of a
multicopy,
collated job
prints. The printer doesn ’ t
have a hard disk or
there isn
’ t enough
space on the hard
disk.
Add a hard disk. If a hard disk is already
installed, clear some unneeded files off
of it or add a larger hard disk.
Printer resets
or turns off
frequently. The power cord is not
properly connected to
the AC outlet. Turn off the unit, confirm that the power
cord is properly connected
to the AC outlet, and turn the unit
back on.
