- This warranty valid for the external battery pack, Bluetooth headset and USB
cable(s). This warranty does no extend to cover any damages or malfunction
resulting from misuse, liquid damage, accident or unauthorized
repair/modifications.
- This wrranty shall not apply if the serial number has been removed, erased,
defaced, altered or is illegible; or if the defect was caused by deterioration due
to wear and tear; a surfaces scratched or damaged by natural wear or misuse

Note: Excessive discharge to a low voltage condition should be avoided, that may
cause failure to charge again, which is the case of misuse damage, the warranty

BT-POWER
- Unable to charge your digital devices
1. The input voltage of your devices may not be 5V. Please recheck the input
voltage of your devices.
2. The connection between your device and the
BT-POWER
is incorrect.
Please reconnect.
3. The cable or connector is damaged or unclean. Please charge or clean the
cable or connector.
4. The remaining capacity of the power maybe too low to charge the devices.
Please charge the
BT-POWER
first.
5. If the power indicator doesn't light up after pressing, the
BT-POWER
maybe
defective. Please contact our service department or your supplier.
- Mobile power shuts down itself while charging
When charging devices that draws too much power, the protection function will be
active by shutting down the
BT-POWER.
The LEDs and button will not work. If this
happens, just remove the cable and recharge the mobile power to reactivate it.
Important safety instruction
1. Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Misuse, beat, crush, or drop and other conditions may cause product damaged.
3. Do not dispose of the
BT-POWER
in heat or fire.
4. Please fully charge the
BT-POWER
to activate it before first use.
5. If the
BT-POWER
is not expected to be used for extended periods of time, keep
it in cool, dry place. Discharge and charge the
BT-POWER
at least once
per month.
6. Please turn the power off when it is not being used to minimize power
consumption and preserve battery life.
7. Battery performance will be possibly decline after used a certain period of time
or certain times.
8. Do dispose of properly or send to recycling center to save environment.
