For real-time measurement with REW, you will need an ASIO wrapper such as FlexASIO:

Download and install FlexASIO, then start REW and open its Preferences. Under Drivers, select “ ASIO then click
on the ASIO Control Panel button.
The FlexASIO control panel will pop up. Select the UMA-16 as the input device. Also select the desired output
device (our example shows the miniDSP SHD):
Click on “Close panel and update config file.” In the REW Preferences, ensure that the “Multiple inputs”
checkbox is checked. Select IN 0 as the first input and IN 15 as the last:
