Starting and stopping the engine

switched off, press the ON/OFF button

Steptronic transmission: starting

Depress the brake pedal.

Engage selector lever position P or N.

Press the Start/Stop button.

Manual transmission: starting

Depress the brake pedal.

Press on the clutch pedal and shift to

Neutral.

When the vehicle is stationary, apply

the parking brake.

Engage selector lever position P.

Shift into first gear or reverse.
