Locate “Removable Disk” inside the (My) Computer folder
Go to Start > Computer > Removable Disk

Open the Removable Disk drive

Right click with your mouse

Scroll down to “New”
7.
Click “Text Document”
8.
Rename “New Text Document” as “time” and press “enter”
on your keyboard
9.
Open the text document
10.
Enter the current date in YYYY.MM.DD format
11.
Enter the current time in military format

Save the text document (file > save). The contents must be in
the exact format as the bolded text above. (no quotes or other
characters)

Unplug the device from your PC and power it on.
HOW TO FORMAT THE MEMORY
1.
After turning on the device with the ON/Rec button, long
press the formatting button and release when the blue light
starts flashing and the unit starts vibrating. The blue light will
stop flashing and the vibrating will stop when formatting is
complete.
RETRIEVE THE FILES TO YOUR PC
1.
Plug the device into your PC using the USB cable
2.
Press the ON/Rec one time and unit will vibrate
3.
Locate “Removable Disk” inside the (My) Computer folder
AutoPlay Removable Disk > Open folder to view files
Or…
Go to Start > Computer > Removable Disk
4.
Open the Removable Disk drive
5.
Open the folder containing the files
6.
Double click the file you want to view
