Make sure the notch on the voice
recording switch is in the middle
position.
2.
Use the included Micro USB cable to
plug the device into your computer.
3.
Open the “Removable Disk” inside the
(My) Computer folder.

Go to Start > This PC >
Removable Disk

Double-
click the “Time Setup
V3.1
” file
saved in the Removable Disk.

The “date_time.cfg Creator” should
ope
n. Click the “Start” button in the
popup window.
