5. More water may be added to prolong the steaming
function but the maximum level is the base of the steamer
tray when position on the inner pot. Do not steam until
there are no more water in the inner pot as this may
damage the inner pot.
6. When the steaming is completed, lift the power switch
gently up and switch off the mains power supply. Be
mindful when opening the top cover as the steam that will
be discharged is very HOT.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before commencing cleaning, ensure that the Mains electrical
supply is switched OFF. Wait until the appliance is at room
temperature before commencing to clean it.

Never immerse the appliance into water, or allow
moisture to contact with it.

When it is necessary, the exterior surfaces may be
cleaned with a soft damp cloth. Never use any chemical
or abrasive solution to clean the appliance.

The inner pot, rice scoop and lid may be cleaned with
soapy lukewarm water and wipe with dry cloth until it is
clean.

Remove any foreign matters that are trapped on the
heater or centre thermostat with fine sandpaper and wipe
off with damp cloth.
