IMPORTANT
For your own protection, please read these instructions and comply with the information given
in them. This helmet was designed for reinforced safety when engaging in the following sports:
skiing, snowboarding, ski touring and alpine skiing, to the exclusion of all other sports, be it
motorsports or not. This helmet is rated as complying with standards EN1077B and
EN12492 and complies with the requirements of European laws.
WARNING
Fasten the helmet securely before beginning the activity and keep it on for the whole duration
of said activity. Take off any head accessories that are rigid or might get in the way before
putting on your helmet (hairslides, etc.). Ensure your helmet has been properly adjusted to
fit you before each use. Any protective item has limits, but wearing this helmet may help in
reducing the seriousness of any head trauma you might suffer in an accident. This helmet
does not protect the uncovered areas of your head such as the face and nape of the neck. An
impact even at low speeds could result in a major or even fatal injury. Always engage in your
sports activity with due care and while complying with the responsibility and health and safety
practices relating to it.
USE
STORAGE: keep your helmet away from all heat sources. Never exceed 40°C. Prolonged expo-
sure to sunlight weakens the characteristics of the materials used.These conditions are often
exceeded inside cars parked in the sun.
SETUP
• Depending on your size, choose and apply the most suitable comfort pads: fig .1
• Thin pads = Size M / 55 - 59
• Thick pads = Size L / 57 - 61
• Position the helmet on your head, making sure it isn’t too far forward or too far back. fig .2
• Adjust the fit of the helmet using the knob on the back. fig .3
• Close the chinstrap buckle; you should hear it click. fig .4
• Adjust the chinstrap to ensure the helmet stays on securely. The helmet should be tight but
not excessively tight to the point it restricts your breathing. The helmet needs to stay firmly in
place when you’re moving.
MAINTENANCE
Only use clean water and soap to clean the helmet. Do not use benzene, solvent or any other
chemical substances. Do not make any modifications to the helmet. Do not varnish it or add
any products to colour it. Do not cut off the ends of the straps. Do not put any stickers on it.
