WARNING: Use all twelve (12) 16d nails OR all six (6) ¼” x 2-½” (6.4mm x 63.5mm) lag
screws to attach the RA30-1 roof anchor. All nails/screws must pass through the sheath-
ing and into a support structure. If this warning is not followed, the anchorage connec-
tion will be weakened and serious injury or death could occur in the event of a fall.
WARNING: Attach to the O-ring only with a locking snap hook, locking carabiner, or other
Miller approved connector or connecting device.
