To deliver the throughput enhancement in both mixed and g-only networks, Prism
Nitro
TM mode can be enabled by using Intersil’s packet bursting technology. The
burst size is adjustable and typically the bigger burst packet, the more 11g
transmission sharing will occur while a mixed network is in effect.
Deselect the
Broadcast SSID option to logically hide the Access Point. The
Access Point will refuse any connection request from an unrecognized Network
ID.
