4.2 Operating the unit
Pour as much water into the evaporator as indicated in the recipe or up to the
max. line of the measuring cup.
Prepare the ingredients and pour into the dishes. Add clean water or broth as
indicated in the recipe.
Close the lid and make sure it is firmly closed. First connect the cable to the
appliance, then to the power socket. Press the button until the light comes on.
The Cookingbox One starts to heat up.
The cooking process is finished after 30-40 minutes. Before you open the lid,
unplug the power cable of the appliance. Let the appliance cool down before
opening it or be extra careful.
All kinds of vegetables, fresh or frozen, can be filled in. Cubes of about 2 cm are perfect for most types of vegetables.
Hard vegetables like carrots, kohlrabi etc., should be cut a little finer.
Regenerating dishes
Pour as much water into the steamer as indicated in the recipe or to the max.

Place the filled cooking trays together with the steam cooking attachment in
the appliance.
Close the lid and make sure that it is firmly closed. First connect the cable to
the appliance, then to the socket. Press the button until the light comes on.
The cooking process is not finished when the light indicator goes out. Before
opening the lid, disconnect the plug from the power supply. Let the appliance
cool down a little.
Nützliche Hinweise
The cooking trays can be used individually or together with the cooking
attachment for cooking or reheating.
Using the cooking attachment, food can be cooked in the lower bowl and
regenerated in the upper bowl.
When transporting food, use the enclosed vacuum lids and add liquids just
before cooking.
The steamer attachment can also be used to cook potatoes, dumplings etc..
