Using your mini-chopper attachment
The mini-chopper is perfectly suited for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic,
carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc…
NB:
Do not chop extremely hard food, such as nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
Before chopping
- Pre- cut meat (200g,2x2x2cm, cheese, onions (100g), garlic, carrots(200g), etc…
- Remove stalks from herbs, un-shell nuts
- Remove any bones, tendons and gristle from meat.
1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade (J). Caution: the blade is very sharp!
Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2. Place the blade on the centre pin of the mini-chopper bowl (L).
3. Place the food in the mini-chopper bowl.
4. Put the mini-chopper gear box (I) on the chopper bowl.
5. Insert the motor block (C) into the gear box until it locks.
6. Press the switch (B) to operate the mini-chopper. During processing, hold the motor
part with one hand and the mini-chopper bowl with the other hand.
7. After use, remove the motor block first, and then detach the chopper gear box.
8. Take out the blade from the bowl carefully. Remove the processed food from the
chopper bowl.
9. Use mid to max speed for the mini-chopper attachment.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning and maintenance, switch the appliance off and unplug it.
1. Remove the blending foot, the whisk or the mini-chopper attachment.
2. Clean the motor block (C), the whisk gear box (G) or the chopper gear box (I) with a
damp cloth only and dry thoroughly.
3. Clean the blender foot attachment in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
4. Clean the beaker (F), the whisk (H) or the chopper blade (J) in the dishwasher.
N.B.
: When processing colored food (e.g. carrots), some parts of the unit may become
discolored. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before cleaning.
Note: Always clean the removable parts immediately after use. Be careful when cleaning
the parts. Avoid touching the sharp blades!
