Problem solving guide

49

Many malfunctions and faults that can occur in daily operation can be easily
remedied. Time and money will be saved because a service call will not be
needed.

The following guide may help you to find the reason for a malfunction or a fault,
and to correct it.

Indicator lights or information on the time display

Problem

Cause and remedy

The 

 indicator light

comes on at the end of
the programme.

The fluff filters are clogged with fluff.

Clean the fluff filters.

Clean the plinth filter.

See “Cleaning and care”.

To switch the 

 indicator light off:

Open and close the door (with the tumble dryer
switched on).

You can influence when the 

 indicator light comes
