Your appliance has been fitted with a
warning system which ensures that the
temperature in the freezer cannot rise
unnoticed. It is always active. The alarm
indicator light will come on as soon as
the temperature becomes too warm.
The temperature dial determines the
range of temperatures the appliance
recognises as too warm.
The alarm indicator light will come on
– when the freezer is switched on.
– when the freezer door has been left
open for a while, e.g. in order to load,
to re-arrange or to take food out.
– when freezing large amounts of food.
– when there has been a lengthy
interruption to the power supply.
