Attachment of the front panel for ESW 6380 FB

The front panel must be at least
³/₄" (19 mm) thick and be temperature-
resistant up to 140°F (60°C). The deco-
rative front, including the handle, may
not exceed a weight of 11 lbs. (5 kg).

Fasten the handle to the front panel
using countersunk screws.

Unscrew the screws on the left and
right sides of the drawer front and
pull out the fascia panel carefully. In
the process, make sure that the cable
is not damaged or disconnected.

Unscrew the 2 screws on the inside
of the drawer front and remove the
front panel from the front side of the
drawer.

Predrill holes into the front
panel 

ø

 ³/₈" (10 mm), t = ³/₈" (10 mm).

Remove the cable tie.

Screw the front panel of the drawer
onto the decorative front.

Hang the front panel in place. Make
sure that the seals are properly
seated.

Slightly screw the 2 screws into the
inside of the drawer front.

Align the front panel.

Tighten the screws into the inside of
the drawer front.

Put the fascia panel carefully into
place. In the process, make sure the
cable is not damaged or jammed.

Screw in the screws on the left and
right sides of the drawer front.
