Check whether
– you can hear the fan.
If you can hear the fan:
There is a problem with the heater element.
If you cannot hear the fan:
There is a problem with the fan.
– check whether the mains fuse has tripped.
. . . the crockery is too hot.
Check that the correct temperature has been set. If it has the
temperature control is faulty.
. . . the On/Off switch does not light up when the
appliance is switched on.
The indicator light for the switch is defective.
