Use a non toxic, non abrasive cleaner. Mix a
solution of water with a small amount of a mild
detergent. Apply to product’s surface with a
damp cloth.
It is important that the humidity levels in the
room are controlled from extremes of high or
low humidity. The bassinet should not be
placed directly next to air conditioning outlets,
fireplaces, radiators, space heaters, humidifiers
or dehumidifiers. Exposure to extreme
variations of temperature and humidity can
damage wood products such as this one.
Keep the bassinet out of direct sunlight. UV
rays may fade colors and in some cases darken
naturally over time and exposure to direct
sunlight will hasten this natural process along
with some wood darkening; this is not
considered to be a quality defect.
If you need to put your bassinet in storage for
any period of time do not store it in a damp or
hot environment. Allow air flow around
furniture and do not stack anything onto it.

AFTER SALES SERVICE
Our products come with guarantees that
cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and
for compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also
entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced
if the products fail to be of acceptable quality
and the failure does not amount to a major
failure. The guarantee described below is in
addition to the guarantee provided by law.
The manufacturer will replace any missing
parts or defective item within 2 years from the
date of purchase subject to the conditions
below.
This guarantee does not cover any damaged or
defective parts that result from installation and
assembly, normal wear and tear, abuse,
negligence, improper use, maintenance,
storage or alteration to the finishing, design or
hardware of the cot.
This guarantee only covers new units with
original packaging and ownership and it is not
transferable. It is limited to the original
purchaser specified in the original sales order
at the original delivery address.
It does not cover any used, secondhand or
demo models.
