move the cursor to the
Recall Preset option. Observe
the cursor changes to a > cursor.
9. Press the SEL key or Right arrow key and observe the
Recall Preset option changes to #X:Preset #X , as
shown in Figure 3-436 , and the > cursor changes to a
! cursor.

10. Press the Up, Down, Left, or Right arrow keys to select
Preset
1 thru 9 , as required, and press the SEL key.
11. Press the ESC key, as required, until the Main Screen
is displayed.
12. Press the Up arrow key to move the >> cursor to the
MPEG Decoder option.
13. Press the SEL key or Right arrow key and observe the
MPEG Decoder menu is displayed. See Figure 3-
437 .

14. Press the Up or Down arrow keys, as required, to
select the
Svc: option and observe the cursor changes
to a * cursor.
15. Observe Svc: service name.
16. Press the ESC key repeatedly until the Main Screen is
displayed.
3.11 SCM4000 System Menu
Operations
The SCM4000 detects which modules are contained in the unit
upon power-up. Menus then show only those selections that are
relevant to you, based on the SCM4000 configuration. All
configurations of the SCM4000 therefore utilize virtually the
same System Menu. The only differences between the various
configuration System Menus are the firmware versions of the
optional modules contained in the SCM4000.
The procedures contained in Table 3-9 on page 3-153 are used
to monitor or change SCM4000 system Presets, review active
errors, review the system error log, observe available system
firmware versions, and to perform a system reset.
