The accuracy of <=3.0°C for the standard measurement range (-20...+80°C ) only applies if an offset
adjustment has been completed. For this purpose, the measurement value displayed on the myDatanet
server must be compared to a reference measurement and the difference must be entered as the "Sensor
offset" parameter in the "Config" tab of the "Measurement channels" configuration section (see
"Measurement channels" on page 65). As the "Sensor offset" parameter is added to the scaled temperature
measurement value, the difference must be entered with a positive prefix if the measurement value of the
reference measurement is larger than the measurement value displayed on the myDatanet server.
Otherwise, the difference must be entered with a negative prefix. The offset adjustment is used to
compensate tolerances of the measuring and line resistances.

The switchable sensor supply is configured via the "Output channels" configuration section (see "Output
channels" on page 84). If "Ext warmup time" mode is selected, you can specify via the "Unit" and "Ext warmup
time" parameters how long before the measurement the sensor supply is switched on. If the setting is
0 sec./0 ms, the sensor supply is not activated before or during the measurement. The sensor supply remains
permanently active if a higher value is selected for the warmup time than for the measurement cycle. Please
note that the measurement is completed in the same interval as the recording if a value of 0 sec. was set for
the measurement cycle via the "Basic settings" configuration section.
Note:
If the sensor supply is permanently active, the energy requirements are greatly increased and
the operating time of the device is significantly shortened.
Note:
The first measurement following the PowerOn is calculated and is not completed exactly according to
the time after the PowerOn specified via the measurement cycle. If the measurement cycle is 1 minute long,
the first measurement is selected in such a way that it is completed at the full minute mark. This means that if
the PowerOn is completed at 12:05:34, the first measurement is taken at 12:06:00, i.e. 26 sec. after the
PowerOn.
