4.3 Replacement

Toner Cartridge

）

Open the front cover (upper). Rotate the toner cartridge

counterclockwise by 180° to align the slit of the toner cartridge with
the pin of the developing unit. Then pull out the toner cartridge and
properly dispose the removed cartridge.

Take out a new toner cartridge. With the cover tape facing up, hold the

toner cartridge and shake it 4 or 5 times in the direction of the arrows
shown in the figure.
