Limited Warranty
A 2-year warranty is included with your micro luggage purchase; this warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and starts
from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, it shall be at the discretion of Micro Mobility Systems and Kickboard USA to decide
whether to replace or repair any product under warranty.

The warranty shall not include damage caused by:

Improper usage, usage for purposes other than those intended,
negligent handling, or normal wear and tear

External damages, such as impact against curb stones, rails,
road obstacles, etc.

Improper attempts to service or repair the unit by anyone other
than an authorized micro dealer

Incorrect fitting of wheels, ball bearings, and other hardware
by user

Premature abrasion of the wheels (wear and tear)

Please note, Samsonite is not responsible or liable in any
manner for this product; micro is the sole entity liable for this
travel item called the micro luggage (patent pending)

Make sure to store your sales receipt in a safe place – all
warranty claims require the original proof of purchase. For all
warranty claims, contact your local micro dealer

This warranty is only available to the initial purchaser(s)

Micro
®
or your authorized dealer will inspect all defect claims
and will act accordingly

Provided that the 2-year warranty hasn’t expired and micro ®
has determined that any defect(s) were the result of faulty
materials or workmanship, your micro luggage will either be
repaired or replaced with an equivalent model

No person, seller, distributor, or company shall be allowed to
modify or supplement the terms and conditions of this limited
warranty
