The jack does

The oil level is too low. Arrange for the jack to be
inspected by a technician. When filling oil, both the
properties of the hydraulic fluid and the quantity
must be observed.
The jack does not

height.
The hydraulic system is dirty. Arrange for the jack
to be inspected by a technician.
The return spring is worn or out of position.
Grease and clean all moving parts of the lifting
mechanism regularly or arrange for the jack to
inspected by a technician.
After each maintenance or repair, the markings must be checked to ensure
that they are identical to the original markings.
USE ONLY AS A WHEEL CHOCK
The product is not intended to be fixed to the ground, but only usable
to block the car when it is stationary and on a flat surface.
