Disposal
The packaging and ancillary packing
consist of environmentally friendly
materials. They can be disposed of at
your local recycling facility.
Do not dispose of electrical
appliances in the household
rubbish!
In accordance with European Directive (covering
waste electrical and electronic equipment) and its
transposition into national legislation, worn out
electrical devices must be collected separately and
taken for environmentally compatible recycling.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more
details of how to dispose of your worn out hairdryer.
Warranty / Service centre
We provide a 3-year warranty from the date of
purchase covering defects in materials or manufac-
ture of the hairdryer.
The warranty does not cover:
· Damage resulting from improper use.
· Wearing parts.
· Defects that were known to the customer at the
time of purchase.
· Damage for which the customer was responsible.
This warranty does not affect the customer‘s legal
rights.
The customer must provide proof of purchase in
order for any warranty claims within the warranty
period to be honoured. Claims under the warranty
are to be made to

within a period of 3 years after the date of purchase.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer has
the right to have the goods repaired by our own
workshop or a workshop authorised by us. Do not
for any reason open the hairdryer - any warranty
claim becomes void if it is opened or modified. This
warranty does not grant any additional rights to
the customer. Complaints are often initiated by
difficulties encountered during use. Many of these
complaints can be resolved by telephone or email.
Please contact the appointed Service Hotline,
before making a complaint about the hairdryer to
the manufacturer.

Declaration of conformity
This hairdryer fulfils the requirements of the relevant
European and national directives. This is confirmed
by the CE mark. The relevant declarations are held
by the manufacturer.
