MODE 1
MODE 3
• Spin your bow controller.
• Dance fast and the doll will dance fast! Dance slowly, and the doll will dance slowly!
• When you stop dancing, the doll stops dancing, too!
1. For best performance, place the doll on a flat, level surface, such as hardwood flooring or a low
table. Check with an adult to make sure the play area is protected to avoid possible damage to the
floor/ table.
2. Turn on the bow controller and doll by moving the ON/OFF switches to the “ON” (I) position.
3. For best performance, stand about three feet in front of the doll. As the doll dances around, stay in
front of the receiver on the right side of the doll’s head (your left). See page 1 for receiver location.
Your bow controller should always be above or level with the receiver.
4. Place the doll in front of a light-colored background, like a white wall. Avoid direct sunlight or lights
that are too bright.
5. Do not cover the center of the bow controller or the doll’s receiver with your hand or clothing
items.
HELPFUL HINTS BEFORE PLAYING
The batteries included in your doll are for in-store demonstration. Prior to playing, an adult should
install fresh alkaline batteries in the doll and the bow controller. Here’s how:
1. Remove and discard the pull tab from the back of the doll’s head to exit the demonstration mode.
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included), remove the screws and battery compartment covers
located on the bottom of the doll’s feet and on the top of the bow controller
.
3. Install four (4) AA alkaline batteries (not included) into the doll’s shoes. Install one (1) AA alkaline
battery into the bow controller. Make sure the (+) and (-) ends face the proper direction as
indicated inside the battery compartments.
4. Replace the compartment covers and tighten the screws.
• Spin your bow controller.
• Start dancing when the super silly music starts.
• When the doll says “LALALOOPSY
™
,” it’s time to freeze! The doll will recognize if
you stopped dancing.
• Dance when the music starts again.
• Spin the doll’s bow.
• Dance with the doll as she tells you her special moves and dances along.
Follow her dance steps or make up your own crazy moves.
• Spin your bow controller.
• Dance fast or slowly. The doll will sing her song to the pace that you dance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Always move the switches on the doll and bow controller to the “OFF” position after playing.
• The bow controller will go into sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. Turn the controller off and
back on again to restart.
• The doll will go into sleep mode if the unit is on but not in use. Restart the doll by spinning the
doll’s bow or by pressing the star button on her foot.
• The doll cannot be interrupted by spinning your bow controller while she is talking, singing or
dancing. Wait for her to complete her phrase or mode and then spin your bow controller.
• If the doll’s motions are consistently sluggish, try installing fresh alkaline batteries (not included)
into the doll’s feet. If the doll no longer dances at the speed you’re dancing, insert new batteries
into the bow controller.
• Keep long hair and other loose items away from the spinning bow on the doll’s head.
• If playing with two dolls, keep the dolls facing opposite directions during use with a divider in the
middle to avoid mixing up receiver signals.
Stand in front of the doll and hold the bow controller or clip it onto your belt or the waist of your pants.
Spin your bow controller or the doll’s bow around when you are ready to dance.
QUICK START
1. Remove and discard the pull tab from the back of the doll’s head.
2. Install one (1) AA alkaline battery into the bow controller.
2. Move the switches on the doll and bow controller to ”ON” (I).
3. Place the doll on level flooring or a low table.
4. Hold your bow controller and stand in front of the doll.
5. Follow the doll’s directions to perform super silly dance moves with your doll!
NOTE: Modes 1 & 2 do not require use of your bow controller. Spin your bow
controller to activate modes 3, 4 & 5.
MODE 5
• Press the star button on your doll’s shoe.
• The doll will sing a song for you and dance to the music!
