Seat belt

The seatbelt (1) serves to fasten a per-
son sitting on the 

SCOOTER

.

–  Additional stabilisation of the sit-

ting position.

–  Prevents the user from slipping for-

wards out of the seat (e.g. during 
abrupt braking).

The seatbelt is attached with mount-
ing links to the bottom of the seat.

☞

  Note:

 

The subsequent assembly of a lap 
seatbelt must be carried out by a 
specialist workshop!

!

 Attention:

 

The seatbelt is not part of the re-
taining system for the 

SCOOTER

 

and/or the driver during transport 
in a handicapped transport vehi-
cle.

Fastening the seatbelt

Pull both belt halves to the front and 
slide the catch halves together so that 
they latch together (1).

☞

 Afterwards conduct a pulling test.

!

 Attention:

  Make sure that no objects are 

trapped between belt and the 
body! – Thus you avoid painful 
pressure points

Opening the seatbelt

To open the seatbelt the red locking 
button (2) is pressed down.

Adjustment of belt length

☞

  Note:

 

The seatbelt should not be pulled 
too tight.

The length of the seatbelt can be 
changed by sliding the buckle (3) and 
/ or pulling the end of the strap (4).
