9.5 Inspection, checking and adjusting work
9.5.1 Air maintenance unit
Note: The air maintenance unit has an automatic condensation outlet.
Note: The air maintenance unit filter must be replaced annually.

Procedure
1 Remove the filter housing Fig. 9-3 /3.
2 Replace the filter.
3 Fit the filter housing Fig. 9-3 /3.
4 Connect the compressed air.
5 Check the air pressure with the pressure gauge Fig. 9-3 /2 (6 bar).
6 Set the pressure with the pressure regulator Fig. 9-3 /1 (if required).
Note: Pressure switch setting Fig. 9-3/4: 5 bar (falling)
Any response by the pressure switch is displayed on the screen by a message.
CAUTION
Escaping air can cause eye and skin injuries!
Make sure that the there is no pressure in it when working
on the compressed air system.
Work carefully!
