• The screen displays « BAD OR NO SIGNAL».
Two causes :
1. The channel you wish to watch has disappeared from the transponder. Get a specialised
magazine to know if the parameters of these channels have changed or if it has disappea-
red.
2. The motor is moving, wait until it has reached its final position.
• On one or more channels, the screen is black.
The channel you want to watch is probably scrambled. For your information, an operator can
broadcast a scrambled channel with information that lets believe the receiver that the channel is
free. The opposite situation is also possible.
Caution : A channel can be free for a certain period in the day, and pay-TV in other
periods.
• The terminal asks me a PIN code to watch a channel.
Enter 0000 if you did not input any PIN code. If you input a PIN code, but you forgot it, contact
the hotline.
• I do not manage to record.
Ensure to have well programmed well the AV, AUX, or EXT input of your VCR.
Ensure the good channel has been sent to the VCR while checking
with TV/VCR key.
Ensure to well use a twin LNB and run two cables.
• The remote control does not react any more
Check batteries.
