Position A In the position FILL , the sample solution flows
through the sample loop to the waste container.
Position B In the position INJECT , the Dosino aspirates the
transfer solution through the sample loop to the
10-port valve. If sample solution is to be found in
the sample loop at the time of the valve switch-
ing, then this will be conveyed along with the
transfer solution, thus making its way via the 10-
port valve to the transfer tubing.
