Slide the tubing weighting (16- 3 ) onto the eluent aspiration tub-
ing (16- 1 ) .

Slide the clamping screw (16- 4 ) onto the eluent aspiration tubing
(16- 1 ) .

Insert eluent aspiration tubing (16- 1 ) into the aspiration filter
(16- 5 ) . The end of the tubing must touch the base of the filter.

Screw together clamping screw (16- 4 ) and filter holder (15- 1 ) .
The end of the tubing must still touch the base of the filter.
