MAINTAINANCE
WHEN RIDING THE NEW MACHINE IT IS NECESSARY TO DO A RUNNING BELOW 10.000 RPM DURING ONE HOUR. A 30 MINUTES
RUNNING SHOULD BE DONE WHEN THE THERMODYNAMIC GROUP IS NEW.
TIGHTEN THE AXLES AND THE FRAME SCREWS AFTER EVERY TIME YOU USE THE VEHICLE.
THE CYLINDER SHOULD BE DISASSEMBLED TO CHECK THE NEEDLE BEARINGS, PIN, RING, SPARKING PLUG AND TO REPLACE
GASKETS EVERY 1.000 KMS OF FUNCTIONING.
THE VEHICLE HAS STANDARD CARBURETTOR ADJUSTMENTS. IT SHOULD BE ADJUSTED TO WEATHER CONDITIONS,
TEMPERATURE AND ATMOSPHERE PRESSURE.
THE FUNCTIONING AND ANCHORAGE OF THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKES SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE GOING OUT TO THE TRACK.
IF THE BRAKE LEVER’S TACT IS SPONGY YOU SHOULD DRAIN THE SYSTEM.
CHECK REGULARLY THE BRAKE PADS WEARING AWAY.
THE CHAIN’S TIGHTEN IS MEASURE IN THE FOOTREST ZONE A SEPARATION OF 20 MM +/- 5 MM SHOULD BE LEFT BETWEEN THE CHAIN AND THE SWING ARM.
DUE TO THE MATERIAL WITH WHICH THE FUEL TANK IS DONE, IT SHOULD BE CHECKED REGULARLY TO CLEAN SMALL
FIBRE PARTS THAT COULD LOOSEN AS WELL AS CHECKING THE FUEL VALVE AND CLEARING THE FILTER.
VERIFY THE DRIVE CAP’S PLAY. IN CASE THERE IS PLAY, IT SHOULD BE RETIGHTEN (0.3-0.5 KG.).
IN CASE OF REPLACING THE OIL OF THE FORK THE QUANTITY IS OF 260 ML (0.069 G) SAE 10 IN THE RIGHT LEG AND 195 ML (0.052 G) IN THE LEFT LEG.
CHECK OFTEN THE FIBRE’S FASTENINGS.
THE HANDLEBARS TIGHTEN SHOULD BE CHECKED PERIODICALLY.
