TRANSPORTATION
●
Disconnect the plug from the power receptacle.
Fix saw blade at 0°bevel cut and the rotative at
0°position.
●
Low handle completely and lock it with stop
bolt.
●
When carrying tool, grasp the handle firmly as
shown in figure.
CAUTION:
• Always secure all moving portions before carrying
the tool. If portions of the tool move or slide while
being carried loss of control or balance may occur
resulting in personal injury.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
-Before performing and work on the equipment, pull
the power plug.
-Use a damp cloth to clean the plastic elements.
-Do not use any cleansers, solvents, or pointed
objects.
-Regularly clean any dust that is stuck to the
ventilation openings and moving parts with a soft
brush or paint brush.
-Regularly oil all moving metal parts.
REPLACING THE CARBON BRUSH:
WARNING: Before accessing the Carbon Brushes,
be sure that the saw is turned off, and is
disconnected from the power socket.

Replace and inspect carbon brush timely. If
the wear reaches worn limit line, should
replace two brushes simultaneously. Keep
carbon brushes clean and free movement.
●
Remove cover of carbon brush clamp with a
screwdriver. Remove worn carbon brushes
and insert new brushes, then tighten the
cover.
Always use the appropriate
carbon brushes.
REPAIRS
Only use accessories and spare parts
recommended by the manufacturer. If the
equipment should fail some day in spite of our
quality controls and your maintenance, only have it
repaired by an authorised electrician.

_ Damaged switches must be replaced by our after-
sales service department.
_ If replacing the power cord is necessary, it
should be done by the manufacturer or his agent
to avoid a hazard.

STORAGE
_ Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its
accessories.
_ Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and
secure position, in a cool and dry place, avoid too
high and too low temperatures.
_ Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it
in the dark, if possible.
_ Don’t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity
build-up.
