1.  Choose the appropriate whisk / accessory (see diagram 1. Above) and set it onto 

the motor shaft located inside the jug. (See the graph above for whisk reference) 

2.  Pour  the  milk  into  the  jug  and  follow  the  level  indicator  marks,  different  for 

each accessory. (See above for the min / max capacities) 

3.  Push either button (red for hot – blue for cold) to start the machine:
