Slider
1.
Inspect for loose, broken or missing fasteners. Repair or
replace as needed. Refer to Section 8 for the correct torque
specifications.
2.
Check the slider locking pins and slider wear pads for signs of
excessive wear or binding. Figure 3.2. Repair or replace as
needed.
3.
Inspect the structure of the slider box and crossmembers for
damage. Repair as needed.
4.
Inspect the front and rear hold down clips to ensure that they
are secured correctly around the body rails.
